Default ls1 or 6.0L crate motor?

which would be the best to drop back in my 98 6 speed ws6?
what r the pros and cons of both?
i have a TR 227/224 cam and ls6 manifold jet hot lt's and many other mods for an ls1 will they all bolt on to a 6.0L?
will i need a 6.0L computer?

Most all parts will fit the 6.0,if you're not going to build a stroker motor theres no sense in using the 6.0 as its about 90lbs heavier and only like 17 ci bigger.Theres a good write up in the new Chevy High Performance on a 500hp crate motor from GM.If you want to build a 408 stroker then the 6.0 block is a good start.
