LUNATI 237/242 .595"/.595"?
I've been thinking about getting the (LUNATI 237/242 .595"/.595) cam. I was wondering if the powerband was really 3,000-6,500? Also if it was a streetable cam? What lsa is it? What kind of stall and gears should I get? Does anyone have this cam? will it pass smog? Any help will be very appreciated.

No way in hell.
Sorry, I couldn't help it.
MY advice is do a lot of reading and reasearch to understand cams and your motor. Check SIG in JRP posts. He has quite a few good items to get you more familiarized with your machine.
Just enjoy your ride as is untill you come to grasp with what is an LS1, how does an LS1 and why an LS1 works.

by looking at your current mods your not optimized in the least for a cam this size. you'll want full bolts and a 4k+ stall. you also dont state what type of emissions you have to pass. c'mon, throw us a bone here

Thats not a hugely popular cam used around here. If you
re looking for something big, check out the FMS cams, LG gx2 or gx3 and the T-rex. Those cams have been used by many and you can see the difference in how they make power with the SEARCH feature.
what LSA? whatever they offer, you tell us. looks like a decent big cam.
Go for IT, if you no likey, take it out

lunati grinds some of the "proven cams" for the sponsors.
they are excellent cams. and make good power as long as you
keep your power goals in perspective to what your mods are, and
make the right selection in a camshaft.

I ran a 246/248 109 630/630 cam in a 346 a little while back and it was on the grumpy side of the street (had 5000 stall and 3.9 gears), but still streetable (people know you are around).
It comes down to tuning, check around and see what your local tuner is capable of or travle to one that you know can do it.

Lunati makes good cams, that one may be a little too big for what you want.I think the lda is 112 on most Lunati ls1 cams.Streetable is a blury question!!
