Vehicle Weight?
Can someone give me an estimation of how much my car weighs?
I have a 2000 Formula, all options, but traction control. I have taken out the backseat and I weigh 160 pounds. I am thinking my trap is kinda low for my mods (ALL bolt-ons, and a cam 581 224 112) I ran only twice and hit 113-114 ish on a 1.8 and 1.9 60 ft. I dynoed 394 RWHP and 391 RWTQ, that is thru an A4 with Vig 3400.
Thanks for help.

Ryan - the last 3 times I have been to GLD the scale has been working. I think it's about 10 lbs off though. It said I weighed 125 when I really am 135. My raceweight is 3445 with traction control.

I just weighed mine today at 3560 without me in it. I did have the mtx thunderform and amp along with the tire and jack in it though.

Re: Vehicle Weight?
i'm guessing your car could weigh anywhere between 3500-3600 lbs, depending on how much gas is in the tank, and without a lot of weight reduction. all option, cars with all the goodies usually weigh about that from what i understand. when checking around the boards you can look at others sigs and try to compare that way. Don't you wish you had my 3240 lbs race weight car <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />

I had skinnies on the front and Weld XPs in back, however the XP's weigh almost as much as stock rims.
Bos - the scale is off to the right side of the return road...right around where the clocks are.

Re: Vehicle Weight?
My 98 strippo Formula was about 3390 lbs w/o me.
Got your rear seatbelts out too?
Then 3400-25=3375+160=3535lbs...
Make sure you are shifting your setup at like 6200 or higher or you might leaving some power on the table.
My raceweight is 3500 right now, I use the steel company scale near Izznatch.
