Default Does ported TB effect tuning?

I need to have my car dynotuned. I bought a ported TB and I wanted to know exactly how much power it added. I was wondering if I could dynotune it with the factory TB and then add the ported TB after. Would that effect the tune? I believe I read that the computer would self adjust because it effected the airflow before the MAF. If it does self adjust not effecting the tuning, will it show a gain instantly or will the computer have to "relearn" anything. Thanks.

Although the results of a direct swap will be interesting, tuning adjustments always bring out the most from a setup.

Go ahead and conduct the experiment as follows:

1. Baseline Stock TB pull(s).
2. Swap to Ported TB... further pull(s).
3. Tune + Ported TB... further pull(s).

Let us know how it goes.
