Nice hood. How much does it weigh? Any chance of getting a flat or Ram Air Firebird hood also?

That hood looks sweet! There is a lot of work in that Targa top setup also, but the wheels need to go <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

not yet, the last time I spoke to Kenny at Carbon Fiber Manufacturing he said it was 6-8 weeks away, I was gonna wait until after the holidays to contact him again. You can get it touch with him yourself if you like.

I know where a bolt on / pin on version SS or ZL1 hood can be purchased in either fiberglass or CF but I'm not telling. <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" /> How do you like me now? <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" />
The bolt on / pin on version utilizes the stock hinges and pins on the front with fasteners of your choice. The stock hood shocks will not be used and a hood prop will be used. The fiberglass hood will weigh approximately 10 to 12 lbs and the carbon fiber weigh approximately 7 lbs. All hardware needed will be supplied upon request including hood scoop grill. The hood will be painted on the top side only upon request. Hoods are non functional.
I think a full bolt on and a full pin on version will be available too but you would need to ask. This guy is not a sponser.
If anyone is interested E-mail Roger at USEXOTICSLTD@aol.com for more info and pricing. Yes I told. <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" />
I purchased a stock SS style hood and I will have it on my car in a few weeks to verify weight. Yes I will have the 1st one.
