Default Help with windows

I didn't get any response in the tuning / electronics section on this question.

This is driving me nuts, after my short block swap my pass side window won't work with either switch. I have gone as far as taking the switch out and I see 12v going to one of the pins (Brown one?) but thats it.

The window went up and down fine before the short block swap, should I just take my door apart and hard wire the motor to see if it works? Could the relay be bad? Is there a inline fuse or something?

Probably a dead window motor. Very common problem.
