Default Throttle Body Question

I'm going to swap my stock tb for a ported tb. Is there a gasket between the tb and the manifold that has to be replaced?

shouldn't have to replace anything, just unbolt the old one and bolt up the new one.

It should have one of the reusable orange gaskets like most of the other stuff. I think it is actually on the intake...I haven't taken mine off yet though.

Swapped it last night, piece of cake. Took about 20 minutes. Took it out for a drive today, and it definately give a sotp improvment. How much hp is this mod supposed to pick up?

Anywhere from 0rwhp up to 12rwhp (but probably closer to 5rwhp I'd assume) but the real gains (if any) will be at the track most likely, not on the dyno.

None at all.
The only thing I notice now is that the car doesn't seem to 'coast' (letting off the gas and just rolling in gear, I have an auto) as well as it did before, the car seems to slow down sooner using it's own engine braking...or maybe it's just my imagination LOL.

You probably just need a little fine-tuning of your set-screw or via the PCM.
