Default Help needed with tuning large cam/high stall converter

Just had new cam installed (G5x3/112)/90mm TB/Fast Intake and higher stall converter (PT4000) with 3.90's.

Best I can tell from the AT file is that the idle/low rpm driving needs a lot of work as well as other general issues!

Issues I am having:

LTRIMS

Ltrims at 25+ at idle.. low speed RPMs <3000

Ltrims at 20 to 21 at low RPMS (1500) but speed >35mph then drops to 14.8 B1/ 11.7 B2 after a few minutes of driving
O2's (if I am logging the right one with EFIv6 (HO2S11/HO2S12 ??)) are running at (01 .599-.473/02 fluctuates from .599-.180) while ~1500rpm/35mph

Ltrims at 14.8 when driving 65mph/2315 rpm
O2's (still considering I am logging the right ones are running at (01 .655-.386/02 fluctuates from .668-.135) while ~2315rpm/65mph

Ltrims at WOT go to ~18.5/22.7 - 25+/25+ (o2's at WOT ~.685 climbing to .807/.916) but this is just after letting off the Gas pedal.

Transmission

Transmission will not shift at WOT (this is a brand new FLP Level V)

TC lockup engages/disengages very easily <3000rpms

Transmission shift very quickly from 1-2-3 from a slow roll. By 20 mph I am in 3rd.

SES CODES

PO135
P0155
P0171
P1518
P0706

The majority of the codes leads me to believe the system is running waayy too lean. Although on the dyno the wideband showed 128-.9 across the board from 5000-6900rpms.

Even with these values, car still dynoed 439rwhp/393rwtq in an A4/C5.

Also, not sure about the IAC count as the pid I am using in EFILivev6 does not seem to be working. (there is only 1 available to pick from)

I have the EFI Live files avaialble if anyone wants to take a look as well as the Ls1Edit file that is in the car.

Any help with where to go from here would be greatly appreciated as I think I would like to resolve these issues myself rather than have to wait for the tuner and having to go through thte hassle of mailing LS1 Edit files back and forth.

Thanks for any input.

What are you using to tune? Edit, or HPT?

Default LS1 Edit is what I have for tuning as that was what the tuner uses by default.

Well I have my VE table that I could share with you,,,but I'm using HPtuners and they are represented differently, so it would not do you any good..Sorry. By the way I have almost the exact same setup...G5X-3, on 112 in an A4 w/4200 stall...You will have to drill the TB if you haven't already...It can not be done through tuning alone.

You can only go so far with the setscrew, before the TPS will no longer reset itself...You will still have to drill...trust me I know.

Car is exactly as I got it back from the shop at this point. So I am not sure if the TB has been drilled or not as I have not even opened the hood yet. Just been trying to log data and see where the issues are so that I have soemthing to work from going forward.

Also this is a C5.. no set screw that I am aware of for the TB.

WS6.. do you have a black TA? Think I may have met you at LGM last summer with your father.

Ah.. Ok.. It was ALEX_WSK then.

So anyone else have any input on this? Or at least any part of it?

Just changed the shift points and will try that out tomorrow.
