Try calling one of the sponsors to the right hand side of the screen, maybe they can sell you just the shims. I don't think using regular washers is a good idea, because you'd have to find some way to hold it in place to align the holes just right while tightening the oil pump to the block.

There are 2 spacers, one for each side. And one has a 3rd hole for the oil passage in it, so washers will NOT work! I'd call SDPC (Scoggin Dickey). They are a Chevy Dealer & sell lots of them & should be able to get you going.

I bought my rollermaster double roller timing set from someone on here and it was NIB, opened but never used. They sent me the spacers too and I installed them with my ported LS6 oil pump.... no problems. I'd just print out those pics someone posted up above and make some of have a shop make them... shouldn't be hard at all... you just need the thickness and general shape. Take them that along with your oil pump and I'm sure you can get some... that or else keep begging some of the sponsors on here for a pair of them

Just in case you couldn't read the dial indicator, my Rollmaster double chain instructions states the 2 shims are 3 mm thick. Good luck.
Edit: Maybe shoot Rollmaster an email and see if they can send you some good will spacers. Their address is romac@eis.net.au

after thinkin about it, it is gonna be a pain to get someone to make those spacers, so i was wondering if i could just get some of that gasket maker material and double or triple that up?!? do you think that that would work?!? thanks
