Default Adjusting the throttle body...PLEASE HELP

Hello all. I finally got all my intake stuff put back together...replaced the oil pressure sending unit, etc., etc. Was taking forever due to school, work, and other commitments. Now that I have everything hooked up, the car finally runs alright, but there are two things that have to be fixed: 1. it idles about 100 rpm too low, and 2. I think the throttle body cable is too loose, but when I give it gas, it's very slack and I practically have to floor it to hit what would normally be 1/4 throttle. How do I adjust the TB and compensate for these problems? I need to get this rolling so I can get it to the shop, so please help if possible. Thanks.
