help please car wont start after i messed with computer hptuners
got car out of shop last night and drove it 48 miles got home and decided to change a couple minor things on the computer with my hptuners i changed them then turned the key off and came back in a few min. before work then went back out to leave and wouldnt crank, all lights on dash radio everything working and acting normal and when i turn the key everything sounds right except the starter is just not engaging???? relays even making a clicking sound i think, hard to here from inside the car. just wont start what should i do. i saved the original flash read to a folder and tried to use it and rewrite the vcm and it still doesnt work. help me please thanks.

Even though the dash lights are on, the battery could be low. Weird coincidence that it just happened though.
If you were able to load the original tune back to the pcm, then it sounds like it's not the hptuners software.
I'd try charging the battery or a jumpstart and see if it does anything different then.

Yup, it quite possibly could be the battery is low on power. My SS has done that here at work, often when we leave the ignition ON while testing fitting parts. Try a jump start or booster cables on it. Good luck!

It's also possible that you had some kind of
comms hang during the write. You might want
to try a PCM reset (pull the PCM BAT and PCM
IGN fuses, with IGN on, and then put them back).
If charging the batt doesn't do it for you, try that
next. Also check that the cig lighter fuse is OK,
if this went it would hose your OBD-II port and
that would be a way to mess up a write.
