I need to know what kind of 85MM MAF i need to use with my 90MM LSX Intake setup. Do i need the Pace LS6 85mm not calibrated or calibrated for the ls1 or the slp unit?

If you're going to tune (and you should) then
buy either the uncalibrated Z06 + adapter combo,
or get a truck MAF off eBay (or new Z06 off
gmpartsdirect) and the cable separately from
Casper's. Or a junkyard 5-wire truck pigtail &
solder it up.

There is no known proper MAF table for the
"calibrated" Pace, SLP, Granatelli or other non-
Delphi MAFs. So tuning these is more difficult
to do right, any kind of quickly.

Just remove the resistor on the "calibrated" units and you can tune it just the same.

when you guys maintion "calibrated MAF" you mean calibrated with the injectors size right??

cause i am about to order a 92mm MAF that's calibrated to my 42.2 injectors. i dont know if that will effect anything while the car is already been tuned on the G-Maf

Calibrated means different things to different people
(like especially when they are selling you something).
Like the SLP and Pace MAFs, where "calibrated" means
"bent to pretty much fit" using the closest common
resistor value. Or the GMAF where "calibrated" means
"a fair bit lean, but we either don't know or won't say
how much".

Your PCM has a table for MAF frequency to mass air
flow that is supposed to take return the truth from
MAF sensor output frequency. Similarly there is the
injector flow rate table that is supposed to predict
properly the fuel shot for a given control pulse width.

The "right way" is for each of these to match their
respective hardware and let the PCM run normally.

Sounds like you have a deal where someone has
created a MAF with a non-true intrinsic calibration
(relative to stock MAF, stock PCM table stacked-up
airflow-in, airflow number) that is meant to make
42lb injectors and MAF, installed together, a no-tune
deal?

That's a different sort of calibration than most people
mean. Not to say it couldn't work, but I'd say to hit up
the MAF vendor for a proper calibration table as part
of the deal (because once the money's sent, they
have no incentive to cough it up as people who've
asked Granatelli can attest) just in case you want to
tune it straight up later. If they really "calibrated" it
then giving you the calibration data (gm/sec vs Hz)
should be no problem. If it's a problem... might not
want to make it your problem.
