Default pissed off!!!!

well, i have been trying to finish up my motor here and there and finally get to the finish line and boom.. i had my heads reworked and am trying to reinstall them..the drivers side went with out a hitch...then the passanger side came and all hell broke loose..of course i stripped a rocker arm bolt..well went and picked up a helicoil kit..installed it worked like a charm..proceeded to tighten the rest of them up and TWO more gave way...damn it i am so mad i cant see straight... i dont know if maybee they vatted the aluminum at too high of a temp at the head shop or what...i torqued the rockers to 22ft lbs EXACTLY..well except the ones that kept turning.. I DID not try to tighten them with pressure on the springs either..i dont know what the hell is going on but i do know that since 3 of the eight are stripped i am helicoiling the whole damn side..i should have had it done at the headshop i guess..these holes are super weak from the factory i guess.. i could see if i overtorqued them or something but i did not..i have put rockers on many heads and have never seen anything like this..anyone else have this unlucky fate on more than one bolt...

Had a buddy that blew a head gasket one time and all he did was clean the head with brake cleaner and put the head back on and stripped 2. I think its just one of those things. Edelbrock helicoils their ford 5.0 head so it must be a known problem with bolts that small on just bare aluminum.
