Default Trans slipping after LS6 install???? Help..

Here is what i've got.

Had a custom built LS6 built with a TR220/220 .553 .553 @ 112+4 stabbed in. ( Comp BS 918's as well ).

Since the build i have been easy on the car for the first 1500 miles. I have since attempted WOT & the tranny slips @ high RPM's......?

I have a Yank SY3500 that was fine before the install.
I have had the car custom tuned and my tuner rode with me monitoring everything and he seemed to think that the pump could not handle the new found HP?

Bear in mind that i have 160K on my car & the tranny has never been rebuilt. ( thats the reason for the new motor )

What do you think?

I checked my fluid tonight & i was a quart low. I have not driven it yet as i had to feed my kid's.
Sorry so long.

ideas?
TIA.
Matt.

Default

1 qt of tranny fluid is a lot. fill it up.

the stock pump can handle much more power than you are making.

At 160k miles your clutch packs could be worn out.
