But i need to know if i will have to do anything else besides install and tune to make this work right.?

Well, the trex is a very radical cam, but it sounds like you have most the boltons. Are you an M6 or A4? If you're an A4 you'll definately need a stall and if your a M6 you definately need some gears. I'm sure some trex owners can chime in and tell you from experience what you'll need.

Might want to consider a under pulley. My trex was quite a bit bigger then that .. like a 244/249 on a 109 lsa

Leave the 10 bolt alone and just save for the 9". Thats what I did.

See sig: us army funded projects take a little longer, so the 9'' will HAVE to wait.

You'll have to get all the matching valvetrain parts (p-rods, springs, retainers, seals, locks) + gaskets+ T-chain+ oil pump. That is to put the cam in.

Perhaps if you listed all your mods people would be able to let you know exactly.

Jet hot LT's ORY thru Borla 3'' all the way
Lid, Ported TB, Descreened MAF...its an 02 so obviously the LS6 Intake, FRA, And that hood that doesn't do anything
I installed the headers myself, along with everyhting else, so i will be doing my Cam install as well, but i have NO idea when it comes to this stuff...
Underdrive pulley is in the works as well.

Read this link, that will give a clearer pic of what is involved in a cam swap.

I have a TREX in my car with 3.73 M6 and it still is a pain, you will probably want 4.xx gears if you like driving your car more than a few times a week.

But overall its a great cam, just don't cheap out on valvesprings, and plan on getting some thunderracing hardened 7.400 pushrods too

You can't really go wrong with that Thunder Racing package deal. That way you know you have everything you need, and won't frag your engine. It's going to be a monster when you're done with this swap.

Anyone can do that. But will you have all the EVO's and VE's??? A clone is a clone, you may come close but never perfect unless you have all the info.

AGRV8D- You need:
1- Cam
2-valvetrain parts
3- gasket parts
4-Double Roller T-Chain
5-Ported Oil Pump
6- coolant/lubricants/oil
7-All the tools as per JMX's post in LS1howto.com

You figure it out. $1500.00 will get you there.
