Default Project Fuel Rail Covers

I've been working on these for a couple days now. Taking my time.

I went drimmel happy w/ the fuel line cuts, but i wanted to make sure they slide on easy. I dont want to risk cracking paint or bondo or anything once i'm done w/ them. i'll post pics as it progresses. I'm hoping everything turns out ok.

10-4 Spent an hour every day last week sanding and filling and primering....now ready for paint!

This is after 2 coats, i still plan on adding another 2-3 coats, then time to tape it off, the lines and 5.7 will be black, then several layers of clear coat.

Very nice, looks like you had a lot less cuts than I did on my 99 Z28. Can't wait to see them when they're painted, which reminds me, I need to reclear coat mines.

Looking good man, I'm about to do the same thing. Could you give some measurements as to where you cut the frc's? How far from the edge, and how far from the other fuel line?

I'm not a fan of the wire loom, but that's gonna look sweet when you're done!

Damn, that looks bad ***. I need to get me a set of those and do that. I am assuming that an 02 ls1 dosnt need the second fuel line right? How much does a pair of these usually run, and are they readilly aviable.

Looks good. I can't believe you didn't have to cut very much off in order for them to fit. I had to really chop off a lot of the passenger-side frc in order for it to fit on my car.

Yes they do need the second fuel line cut-out.
