Default If I had a 9.5" & 10" wheels with same offsets...

Would the half inch difference be on the inside or outside?

If I've read the FAQ right, I believe it would be on the inside, but I need to make sure.

Nope. It would be a 1/4" each side. Offset is measured from the center line of the wheel.
