Default MT ET street radials

Well I made my first 6 passes last night with some 255/50/16 MT radials. I must say these tires hook up so well. I was lauching on a 100 shot and they didn't even try to spin just launched the car. I would have to say these are the best DRs on the market now. In my opinion

Do these tires look like a street tire, like Nittos? Or do they look like a ET street. The sidewall is what I'm talking about. I want a tire that still looks like a street tire, for good looks, like the Nittos do. Thanks

I would say the side wall looks like a street tire. Much more than the ET street. There on pics on there web site that show the tire pretty well.

Would these tires work for a daily driver, compared to like a Nitto or are they track only?

I don't think so. Not much tread if you ran into some rain or wet conditions.

From the MT website
"WARNING: ET Street Radial tires have passed D.O.T. requirements but have reduced tread depth and compounds designed for racing. Due to the reduced tread depth these tires should be used on dry pavement only and are not suitable for normal highway use!"

I put my 255's M/T DR's on today, no track runs yet, but these tires hook like a ****** animal, they're awesome.

I ordered mine from auto dynamics, 194CDN/piece.

I am using mine for daily driving, they work fine, and surprisingly enough, they're not THAT bad on wet pavement. But I still wouldnt reccomend driving in the rain with them.
