Default Newbie T/A Wheel Advice Needed!

I am relatively new to the 4th gen hobby, and so I need some advice on wheel and tire sizes.

Are the stock WS6 wheels 17x9.5" wide? I read one post where a guy said he had 17x10s all around with 285/40/17s....can you run that combo lowered 1.5" without rubbing?

I want all four wheels to be the same size, without any rubbing, also, on a car lowered with the Eibach Pro Kit. Thanks!

what year is your ws6? my 2002 ws6 wheels are 17x9. many people have the eibach pro-kit + 17x11 rear wheels with 315s on this forum. they have had little to no rubbing and if they have rubbing, i've heard rolling the the fenders help or just using a hammer works. so i've heard asfor 17x10 up front, i have no idea. hope i helped.
