Default LQ9 / LQ4 6.0 oil change question - 408ci

What oil filter do we use and how many quarts of oil for these blocks? Is it the same as the LS1?

What oil pan is installed on the engine? That is the determining factor. The truck engines 4.8/5.3/6.0 and even a bored and stroked version with the truck pan would still be 6 quarts. Now if a pan is modified, that changes the equation, too.

If the vette or F Body pan is used, the oil sump capicity would not change either.
