Default Change locks with springs?

Just trying to decide if I really need to change out the locks when I do my cam swap this week. Since the Comp 921 kit didn't come with them, I assume the stock ones are fine. Haven't seen much about changing them when I was searching, so I may have answered my own question.

Those little keepers are the only thing holding your valve springs in place. Worn enough, they may fail their job. They're cheap enough and it's recommended you change them each time you change springs.

I know our sponsor, Scoggin-Dickey, sells sets of 32 for ~$20.

I popped $45 or so for a set of Manley locks, pretty nice pieces.
