Well I finally got pics taken. I've been working on it a lot today. I had to cut the flange off one of the cutouts, rotated it, and weld it back in for more clearence. Now the cutouts have at least 1" of clrearence on all sides. Before, the passenger side only had about 1/2", so this was just to make a little more even though it wasnt hitting anything.
The cutouts are different lengths because thats as long as they can be while still fitting. They are long enough to keep air away from the O2's which is all that matters. The driver side cutout is a custom jon because the one I got was too long. The cats are 3" but come out into 2.5" pipes into the flowmaster collector.
The ground clearence is great. The lowest point is the driver-side cat. It goes over all speed bumps with ease and my car is lowered about 1". No banging at all. Easy to take off and on. I love it! Much better than my duals. All I need now is a tune for the open cutouts and I'm set.
