What's the difference in pushrods?

What's the difference in pushrods? Which is stronger "hardened or chromoly"? Isn't Chromoly, 4130 alloy? What exactly are hardened pushrods made of, and is "hardened" the same thing as "seasoned"? I'm looking at the Manley Chromoly's for $6.25 a piece from SDPC, do you guys recommend something else?
