Did the 2000-02 models only come with the ebony colored interior as far as leather goes? I just won an EBAY auction for ebony leather seats out of an 02' SS and found another auction for leather door panels out of an 02' SS but the seller claims they aren't black, just a darker gray. I obviously want my door panels and seats to match so your help is appreciated if you know whether or not 2000-02 SS's did come with dark gray or interiors or if they were strictly ebony.

Well my car is a 02 and it is tan and my friend's 02 has like a dark blue I hope this helps.

Well it might even be a black interior the car is NBM.

My black 02 interior is called ebony by GM. To the eye...well...I guess maybe you could call it black...but to me..it looks like a very very dark grey..but GM says it's ebony..which is their equivalent of black.

The "ebony" used in 2000+ is much closer to black than the previous charcoal. I had the earlier in my 94 Formula, and the ebony now in my 2000, and the difference is quite obvious.

Graphite was the previous grey colors name I had that in my 93 GTP, or charcoal grey if that's what you wanna call it. Ebony is darker but still a grey IMO, definately darker than Graphite it's almost black but is not black at all.
