Torque Management - MAX=350?
Hi folks,
M6 02 SS
I just spend a hour reviewing all old threads on Torque Management (TM)table/max. I am sure, I don't fully understand this one, everybody agrees that once TM kicks in, it takes out timing-OK. I see most people deleting the table and setting MAX=~1000. My question is why delete the table, just set the MAX from 350 to 1000 or some number higher than 350? Also the table is set to 650 but MAX is set to 350. I assume once the calculated torque goes past 350 something happens, which I think is taking out timing - is this correct?
Thanks
Bill
