Thumbs up 11.555 @ 117.96 @ Lacr

Well, here is my official slip ... I am now a member of the 11 Second Club.

11.555 @ 117.96, 1.668

I could have had an 11.27, but the track was getting very slippery past the 1/8 mile so I had to keep letting off.

Is that uncorrected? What was the DA? That's impressive at that track.

Thanks! That is the actual time, the DA was about 2000'. It corrects to an 11.2 @ 120, she would have had an 11.2 if the track was not slippery. We are going to try again this wednesday with our recently installed HAL front shocks and rear Lakewoods. Hoping for very low 11s or a high 10 second pass.

... and I still need to tune this beast.

Nice run. I'm sure you'll get it even lower on a dry track. You'll be pushing for the 10 second barrier soon when the tuning is done.

And 12secSS, this is off topic but is that your car shooting those flames in your avatar. And if so, do you have a larger pic?

02 Camaro SS,
Thanks! We are getting closer to 10s, currently 11.44. I am seriously working on the tune still.
Yes, that is my 2001 Camaro SS shooting out flames ... unintentionally. That was back when I had the full Hooker setup (LT, ORY, Catback). It was running a bit rich on decellaration and would shot out flames! I don't have a larger picture, but I do have a video of it somewhere. I will need to find it.

MakoLS1,
It is a B&M 8" race converter (non-lock up) with 4000 stall and about 2.0 STR.
