I dyno'd 334/353 rwhl /basic tuning and peripheral upgrades.

Sounds like you'll be close! But then, I have ram-air w/functional scoops, and may be slightly higher than you. What, something like 10hp less perhaps from a Z to SS/Firehawk?

ok guys.. my baseline dyno was 296rwhp and 344 rwtq with the converter Locked..... then the torque converter wouldnt lock up and dynoed 309 rwhp and 382 rwtq after getting tuned... but this is not locked up... jeff creech at CAM said that i should be at least 330 if the converter was to lock up... he was awesome to work with and would recommend him to anyone. What do you all think of the numbers?

I think you're reading torque spikes. What gear did you dyno in? Do you have the graph to post?

I wouldn't think it would hurt anything to dyno in second gear. They just input the gear ratio in the dyno program, and the software compensates. Some shops do that so they don't have to spin the rollers so fast. With 2.73's in my car, they had to run the dyno past 175mph in 3rd to get a full dyno graph.
