What rear end gears for a TH400?

are 3.73's too steep, or should I stick with my 3.23
can I go above 70mph with a Th400 w/o crazy RPM's on 3.73s

you may want to consider using the 3.23s and add deeper trans ratios. 21% deeper trans ratios will feel like 3.90s in first. use an 11'" tc with 2500 stall glld luck
