I run 230/232, 111 LSA. I don't drive it every day, but could. I don't mind letting it warm up before I go. But, we put in a 224/112 cam in a customer's A4 C5 that has more of a "stock" feel, but puts down GREAT power! That might fit your needs better.

TSP 233/239, yank st3500 stall, 3.73 gears....drives good but is pretty aggressive
I used to have a X1 cam and it was very streetable with the 3500, I also had a 220/220 115LSA and it was pretty much like driving a stock fbody with a little more chop

F4 with 3500 PI stall, 3.42 gears. I liked it better with 3.73's though, made the converter feel tighter. It's not a daily driver anymore but it is very streetable, she starts right up and goes, A/C works and everything

I just got in my cam from Thunder Racing. It's a 236/242 on a 112+4. I'm going to be running a PT4000 converter with 3.73 gears. The reason I haven't gotten everything installed is because I'm still waiting on the heads from Absolute to complete the package. This is probably going to be on the ragged edge of streetablity but since it's not my daily driver, I went with a much more radical setup than I would have if I had to drive the car everyday.

I run a mti stealth 2 cam and a tci 3500 ssf. With tuneing my car runs like stock untill i floor it. No surgeing little loss in mileage too. Its a great combo if you want the best of both worlds. Do a search on the colonels car. I did and could not be happier.
