Where to get crank bolt or threaded bar?
I've finished installing my cam and all the springs and now I'm about to start the reconstruction process. Where can I get the 120mm crank bolt or the 24mm x 2.0 pitch threaded rod? Home Depot doesn't have a bolt that long and I have no clue where else to look. I don't want to try to pull the balancer back on using the stock bolt and risk stripping the crank. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the posts but I can't wait to order a bolt. I geuss I'll try baking the pulley to about 300 degrees in the oven. Any reason why people do 200 degrees instead? I figured 300 or even 400 would work better. Also, can the threaded rod be bought locally?

well the oven trick didn't do a damn thing so I used a propane torch and heated up the center of the pulley for a few minutes and then it slid right on. I was skeptical at first but it was amazing how easy it went on after heating up the center of the pulley.
