Not the tailights, the area by the rear license plate and tailpipes....? Cant find it anywhere

I don't think that's actually a separate piece, just molded to look like one... See this guy's photos of his TA which due to an accident had that whole back area removed: https://ls1tech.com/forums/texas-members/264188-proof-old-people-shouldn-t-drive-my-poor-car-paid-price.html You can see the recessed area in the bumper cushion things where the license plate area was. I could be wrong, but if you want yours to be black, it appears that you'll just have to paint it with the rest masked off

Look a little closer at your rear bumper cover. It's all one piece.

People mask them off & paint them. Some black, some gray, ..., I prefer the gunmetal gray look myself.

Just mask it off your self, wetsand or scuff with very fine scothbrite, or maybe even steel wool. Clean & paint. Simple.

Go for it, ..., every one else does, ...
