everytime at track
everytime at the track the tech guy/bitch seems to find something to prevent me from running a second pass.I understand that im getting faster and faster.and have now hit 10s. I have a 8 point cage, driveshaft loop, fire jacket, fire extigisher ,helmet, bigger wheel studs on rear, the nitrious blow off tube routed out of the car and a 5 point harness mounted to a aluminium seat.W T F am I missing so this ends.it really sucks to get one pass a night then kicked out.it seems as if they keep making stuff up.

What track are you running at?
is it NHRA or IHRA?
Here are some NHRA rules you might need for 10.00-10.99:
FLYWHEEL (SFI), CLUTCH (SFI), VALVE STEMS (STEEL), BELL HOUSING (SFI)
TRANS SHIELD, AXLES (AFTERMARKET), HARMONIC BALANCER, WINDOW NET
over 135mph:
135 MPH - GLOVES (SFI), ROLL CAGE, ELECTRICAL CUT OFF SWITCH, NECK COLLAR, WINDOW NET, PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, TRANSHIELD (SFI), FLEXPLATE (SFI) FLEXPLATE SHIELD (SFI)
My track doesn't enforce that many of these rules though.
Do you have a hard top t top or vert?

big things that you didn't mention are aftermarket axles (no c-clips) and solid screw-in valvestems
You need a SFI bellhousing - Mcleod is the only manufacturer (so far) for that item.

The McLeod twin disk is probably a SFI clutch (but tech has no way to check that w/o pulling the tranny

What is the name of the track and what state?
What is your car running now?
Are you running full slicks?

if you're running 10's without a 10 pt. cage, that may likely be the reason. i don't understand why you didn't ask or if you did, why you have no answer for why you were thrown out. also, remember as of Jan. 1st, '05, t-top cars are under the same scrutiny that convertibles are. so since a vert. needs a 10 pt. minimum, so do you.

IHRA and NHRA are essentially following the same rule structure now (thank god)
11.49 for rollbars
9.99 for rollcages if the floorboard/firewall are unmodified (otherwise 10.99)
Neither sanctioning body is considering a T-top a "convertible" for 2005.
