New gears for 12-bolt?

Im thinking about upgrading my moser 12-bolt w/ 3.73s to 4.11s.
My fisrts question is will strange gears work in my moser?
And also how much is the average price for gear intalls?

Any 12 bolt car gear set should work fine. I would say average price for install should be around $300-350, some more, some less.
