It all depends on your rear axle ratio, the hooking ability of your tire, and track conditions...Normally, the Vig converters don't like to be stalled that high. My application, being a stock motored car, w/3.23's, Vig 3200, and 8.5" ET Drags, likes to footbrake to 1200 rpm and mash the throttle w/flash of the last yellow...This converter flashes to right around 3600 and hits pretty good. I cut consistent 1.67 sixties and found that the best for my combo. Some like to flash this converter from a dead idle off the line, also w/excellent results, if they've got real good-hooking tires. The Vig 3600 will probably flash to around 4000 rpm. Raceweight also plays a role here. I weigh 3550. Hope this helps a little....WJ
