Default Need some good references for ladder bar / sway bar tuning

Anyone have any good online references for suspension tuning? Mainly concerned right now with the ladder bars and sway bar including preload, I.C. hole locations, etc.

Thanks,
Craig

I've thought about that, but I didn't want to waste a bunch of someone's time on the phone.

I bought the "Doorslammers" chassis book by Dave Morgan and that has a ton of good info in it, but one thing in particular that it doesn't cover is sway bar tuning. I'm assuming you shouldn't ever have to preload a ladder bar if you have a sway bar on the car. Not sure though.

Dont preload the sway bar. Scale the car with the sway bar unbolted. Run the ladder bars 2-3 degrees down hill from the rearend. Set pinion angle at 4-5 down. Set preload at 10-15lbs heavy on the passenger side. When you are done set the sway bar at nuetral.

Thanks Madman. That should get me started. I need to find someone with some scales.
