Default What are the symptoms of bad o2's?

I can't seem to find the root of my problems. car ran great for about a week. I was just running errands around town not getting on it when the car just started feeling like it was down on power and started shuddering at full throttle.

I changed the plugs and wires and it is still doing the same thing. I took it to get a diagnostic today, and the damn diagnostic machine doesn't want to work on my vehicle.

Car feels like it is missing on a cylinder, what's up? The only thing
i haven't checked is the valvetrain on the passenger side which im bout to go do.

Since I think this is an electrical or sensor problem i posted it in here but admin's feel free to move it

I figured out the problem, it was a loose rocker on #8 intake, but i would still like to know what the symptoms of a bad o2 sensor are.

Heh....check engine light (insufficient switching code), and running in open loop all of the time?
