Default Wiring MSD Window (pill)Switch

After you cut the tach wire is the tach still supposed to work? I've figured out which one it is and it's now cut but my tach in my car still seems to work, is this normal or is my car wired assbackwards or something?

All your doing is splicing into the tach wire. The tach will still work just fine. Should be PIN#10, white wire.
