I had a simuler problem with mine and found out the the O2's are so far down stream the the cool air going a cross the headers that it would cool the O2's down and give me a false reading so i had to put header rap on them and it fixed it .The rap that I used is from DEI from Summit Raceing

Wrap to keep the heat in, and/or higher wattage sensors
like the 'vette rears. Wrap needs to not be put too far up
or you can damage the header steel, keep it back at least
maybe 6" from the head. If your sensors don't read at idle
but come on line when you (say) run it at 3000RPM for a
few seconds, heat is your problem. If they're dead as in
dead full time though, you need to check out the wiring.
