What controls converter unlock throttle position?
When I am crusing on the freeways in OD and accelerate even slightly my converter unlocks. Where can up the throttle poistion with my HP Tuner so it takes more throttle % movement to unlock the converter?

The table controls the unlock when everything is happy.
But you can also get unlock from detected misfires. If you
look at the logs and see that the unlock is happening at
a different speed than the table says, for the TPS% you
are at, then suspect this (and maybe set up to log for
load-related misfires).
