umm i would get a stock ss or ws6 muffler from someone...they don't have bad flow and you can't get any quiter...you could use a cutout at the track or something...i find it odd that you are asking this question when you have a 10 sec car and 5065 posts haha...
maybe the titanium z06 muffler? just a couple ideas

I have one on the car now but it wont meet the 90Db requirement at the race I'm running on the 19th.I wanna weld something else in its place for the time being thats single in/out but still flows well and is quiet.
I'm thinking an dynomax ultra flow oval,Should flow well but remain fairly quiet...

Well I have a cutout/bullet so I know what works
The reason I'm asking is because I need something quiet and that flows well and I'm not up on all the new exhaust..I have a race that I wanna go to that requires 90 db max,my bullet will not work and your not allowed to run cutouts so I need quiet first and flow second....
See even fast guys need help...

hookers are cheap, and are quiet. or go wit hthe dynomax. I take it that you will be taking it off as soon as the race is over, so don't spend a lot of money. If you got a shop around ya i say go there and see if they have and stock mufflers that they would let you have. just an idea. hope it works out for ya.
