Default Question on TB's

Thinking of picking up a used TB that was used on a 02 car. Will this work with a 00? The only difference I know of in TB's is the shaft, but I don't really know what years were different and how so. What is involved with swapping throttlebodies and how hard is it? Thanks.

I just did that. Not hard but you have to have a torx driver to take out the throttle blades. these screw are really tight. once the blades are out tap out and swap. might want to run some light sandpaper over the shaft if it is sticky and hard to go back in

98-99 have interchangable throttle cams, 00-02 have interchangable throttle cams. all throttle body housings are identical. 02 should work just fine on your 2k SS. go for it!!
