Default Dual cutouts or not?

I have a ORY, headers w/ one cutout. Would my car be louder with two cutouts?

It will be louder. Ground clearance will be a big problem if the car is lowered. My car isnt lowered and it actually sits up higher than stock but it still drags. Here are some pics.

I think he means two cutouts in the I-pipe. If this is the case, it will be a little bit louder but not by much. I dont think it is worth it. Two cutouts in the y-pipe will be MUCH louded than a single in the I-pipe.
