The thing that caught my attention is the expected MSRP for the new Z06 at $65k. Hmmmmm.

For 20 G's you are only getting 10 more horsies than what the Z06 is getting. Is that the best Linginfelter could do?

They do give a cool sticker that you can display on the car.

I was checking on their website last night to see what is new and I always look at their used car section. Some of those cars end up for sale for a very long time. I guess it takes a long to to finally come down in price enough. Must suck to realize that a $10K package only nets the $3,500 that the parts actually cost.

I have been wondering what was going to happen with these biulders who now compete with the ZO6. Are they going to step it up to 700 horses.

Looks like with a little exhaust porting they should hit 700 fairly quick!

Give LPE a few more months and for another $15k on top of the $86, you will prolly be able to get a twin turbo 402 C6........ :secret2:

$86K?...

This is what made me laugh:
"Not wanting to wait [for the Z-06] never came at such an attractive price."

Nah... that's too cheap for twins from LPE... I'll guess $45k for complete teardown and blueprinting, blah, blah, blah, and a twin turbo package.

The $15k only gets you the blueprinting and a Radix right now...

Just a mildly unamusing attempt at optimism.
