Question Z06 wheels problems!!!heeeelp

just bought a set of Z06 18" front are 9.5" rear are 11". my problem is in the rear wheels it will rub agianst the rubber thing inside that is attached to the body what should i do??

u mean 10.5"? dont think they made an 11" Z06. Whethwe it rubs or not will all depend on ur offset and tire size. Im runnin +53 mm offset with kumho 295/35 and it was like a mm away from rubbing when it was jack up but when we sat it back down it gave plenty of room. no rubbing issues yet

if this rubber "thing" doesnt have a name... i say it must be useless cut it off

Is this while the car is jacked up and the axle is allowed to "hang" if so you are worried about nothing . . . .

yea, jack the car up by the axle to install the wheel

Yep its hanging up on the jounce bumper.

i put a spacer (7mm) and it was still rubbing the bumpstop without tires??!!

thanx guys i lefted the car from the rear end like y'all told me and everything went perfect .
