Default Head Gaskets..... who makes the thickest

I was wondering who makes the thickest head gaskets for a LS1, and how thick are they?

Cometic has some thick ones but they are like $170

im looking at getting a set of 5.3 heads and i want to keep my compression reasonable, so i am looking at my gasket options to lower the compression a little bit.
