Default T-REX or bigger and better

Is there anything bigger and better performing than the t-rex for stock head cars. Mine is an m6 car w/ 9in and 4.56 gears. 99% track car. Will be using nitrous so want something that will perform well with the bottle as well.
Looking to trap 125+ mph on motor. Will be using LSX 90 w Nick Williams TB.

Raceweight will be 3200lbs +/- 100lbs.
I currently have the tr224 cam w/ ls6 intake and trap 112 mph w/ 28in tall
et drags @ 3450lbs race weight.

Any suggestions will help thanks
Dave

No expert here, but if you don't mind flycutting pistons, sure there's bigger better options. The thing with the T-rex is it was specifically designed to fit w/o flycutting.

so's the TSP MS3...thats a big cam...there's a whole thread on the 2 cams in this section
F15 is a big one too
Would also say check out LG cams but dont think he'll release the specs until after you buy the cam and dunno if they'll work w/ stock pistons

i think the t-rex would do exactly what you're looking for based upon your current setup.

isnt the MS3 made for no flycutting to?
T-rex bigger than the MS3?
i thought they were both for high horse n/a setups and still had enough split to work well on the bottle?

yes the t-rex is bigger than the MS3. The T-reX is designed for what your lookin for man. I don't think theres anything bigger unless u want a custom grind and may be lookin into flycutting the pistons.

EDIT: I just checked and ythe MS3 is made to clear stock pistons & heads

The G5X-4 has a wider LSA then the TREX and rips on the juice.

Our MS3 camshaft makes fantastic power both N/A and on the bottle. We ran a 10.51 in the 1/4 with a spinning 1.43 60' and 3,180 lb. raceweight. The cam works incredibly well, retains better piston-to-valve clearance with stock pistons and heads vs. other large cams on the market, and it will work excellent on the bottle since it is a split-pattern cam and is ground on a 113 LSA. Some of the cams can get VERY tight, but we designed the MS3 to give you comfortable clearance with aggressive lobes to make some fantastic power. We're going to spray our car in the near future, so we'll let everyone know just how well it responds on our car. With all of the bolt-ons already in place with stock heads, our MS3 camshaft will consistently pick up 65 RWHP! We also have it for sale with the Precision Race Components dual valve spring kit and TSP 7.40" hardened pushrods for $689.99 + shipping. For the awesome power and price, it's HARD to beat!

If you are looking to cut valve reliefs in your pistons, then we can certainly step up some more. You just need the aggressive setup to make the power work well. Feel free to give me a call or e-mail me at trevor@texas-speed.com if you have any questions or concerns.

i've heard the MS3 in a car at g-force motorsports in houston and it sounded AWESOME. it was on a blue trans am with ory pipe and open borla.

i have the PRC dual springs in my car as mentioned above and they are awesome. come w/ hardened spring seats and Ti retainers.

TSP's kit is pretty hard to beat! good luck w/ whichever way you want to go. thunder (t-rex cam) and TSP are great companies and wil both do you right

Default thanks

Thanks everyone for responding.
Choosing the right cam is so hard. I am still very stuck between a a few options. Obviously the T-rex, MS3, G-5X4 and X5 cam.
I would like to see some numbers comparing these cams in all rpms.
To make my final decision. and i want results on the juice.
More input please.

Also what double roller chain should i get as well as oil pump?

Thanks

P.S. Has anyone had any clearance issues with any of the above cams?
