Question Air tube conversion

Has any member out there ever converted a set of non air, long tube headers(kooks) to air? I have tried the search on this site and could not find any information. It seems it would just involve taking the old stainless steel tubes off the stock exhaust manifolds and just drilling the headers in the right place and having them welded there.
I know some members out there are scratching there heads at this one.

Why not just get the codes deleted, buy some block-off plates and take the AIR junk off? EDIT: You won't need the block-off plates with those Kooks since they aren't made for AIR anyway.

best bet would definatly be block offs and code deletion, if the headers are race style they are definatly not going to have AIR provisions and it would definatly be a pain in the *** to weld bungs into them... if you have cats and not running the air you may have a problem of clogged cats. but if you dont have cats dont worry about it
