Default ? About H/C/Header Swap

Going to change oil pump, intake, heads, cam, timing chain, stall, headers, take off AIR and EGR. I only plan on doing this once, so I am staying away from the cost of the ARP bolts. What all do I need gasket/bolt wise? Will a kit like TSP has:

http://www.texas-speed.com/item_deta...?ProductID=771

or

http://www.texas-speed.com/item_deta...?ProductID=770

be all I need? I know I will need to buy block off plates and stuff, fluids, etc. Thanks!

One other question about the head gaskets. Going to run 5.3's milled 0.01 w/ a 228/230/571/573 112--will regular GM gaskets be fine or should I run something different?

Check out ls1howto.com It has some good info in there.
I am not sure about the head gaskets, I ran the 5.3l heads but mine were unmilled. I would call the place you purchased them from. I used the gm mls gaskets. Dont forget the locktite.
