Angry Burning Oil

okay need some assistance from the LS1 Gruru's...
I have a problem with my LS1 using 2 quarts of oil every 500 miles. It is definately BURNING the oil. Appears to be sucking in into the cylinder's somehow.
A little history : The engine has a set of Stage 3 heads from Precision Porting and Coatings, they were carefully inspected before install, have new guides and seals. These were replacements for 3 month old heads from same place. Replaced to solve the oil problem. Piston's were inspected and had no visible problems.
LS6 Intake, PVC mod, Hyperstat 160 thermostat,
Cam Specs - 234/236 lsa 115+1 .598/.602, Comp Cam Dual Springs and Titanium retainers

The car smokes Noticeably when rpm's reach 3200-3500. Below that no smoke is visible.
Have replaced HEADS, Engine Valley Cover, PVC Valve, with NO improvement. Where do I go from here ?
