Default Fuel Rail Plumbing

I have a 02 TA engine and it is going into my FC project car. I have already setup the regulator and taken care of the pump but I have a question on the fuel rails. On the LS1 I have two fuel lines. One is going to the fuel rail and the other one is going off to the side of it. What is the 2nd line supposed to go to?

Thanks in advance for your information.

The f-body should have only one supply line on the drivers side. if you have two, it could be a vette rail. I think around 1997. if you have billit al rails, then you can plum in one side jump to the other rail, then out to the reg and back to the tank. didn't have enough info on your post to help but gave it a shot..
